The wall of windows, vaulted ceilings, gourmet kitchen and fireplace in the great room create unparalleled ambiance. There are three bedrooms (two of which are master suites upstairs-- ideal for two families--and two sets of twin bunks downstairs in a bedroom off the rec room), a large loft with a sofa sleeper, and another sofa sleeper in the rec room, which amounts to comfortable sleeping for 12. If you fancy a rousing game of foosball, the rec room will fulfill your needs. It also has a big screen TV, lots of seating, and access to the backyard. You'll find an air hockey table for more fun in the garage, too! WiFi and free long distance calling make it easier to take longer vacations (they'll never know you're emailing from the cabin!). Equipped with forced air heat and a gas fireplace, it's downright cozy. In the summertime, soak up the sun on the big deck and enjoy al fresco meals out here, too. Blue Lake Springs rec center (Snowflake Lodge) is merely a short drive down the road, where there's a pool, lake, tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, ping pong, shuffleboard, a snack bar, restaurant, movies at dusk, and lots of other activities. If you prefer a winter wonderland, Bear Valley Mountain Resort is about a 30 minute drive up Highway 4. Come one, come all, this is a great cabin for family and friends alike, all year round!
