Thank you for selecting Cedar Creek Realty for your vacation rental. Please check the information on your confirmation for accuracy, including arrival and departure dates. Receipt of your confirmation obligates you, the renter, to the below listed terms and conditions along with the Rental Procedures Checklist.

AGENT: All cabins are privately owned and are managed by Cedar Creek Realty, Inc.

RESERVATIONS, DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:

To make a reservation, please call us toll free at 866-746-5050. We're here seven days a week from 9am-5pm. If paying with credit card, a $300 security deposit will be taken 21 days prior to your arrival, along with the full rental fee of the cabin. The security deposit will be credited back to your same card 14-21 days after your departure, so long as the cabin is in the same condition as when you arrived.

If paying with cash, check, or money order, the $300 security deposit must be paid within 5 days of the date the reservation was made. The full rental fee must arrive at our office 21 days prior to your check-in date.

After departure, renter agrees that any additional charges will be deducted from the security deposit. Renter is also responsible for any costs in excess of the deposit including attorney's fees incurred for costs of collection.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made a minimum of three weeks prior to your arrival date for a rental refund. A $100 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellations inside of the 21 day period will be subject to the full rental amount unless we can re-rent the cabin.

PETS & OCCUPANCY: Unless otherwise stated, pets are not allowed. The number of guests may not exceed the numbers stated on the website. Violations are subject to forfeiture of security deposit and/or additional charges.

LIABILITY: Cabins are inspected prior to and after each use. Renter is liable for any and all damages or additional costs incurred during their stay. Renter shall save and hold harmless the agent and/or owner against any and all claims and liability for injury, death to any person and/or damage to or loss of property in or about the premises. Renters and/or their guests must obey all pertinent CC&R's, local ordinances and laws.

WHAT TO BRING: You are required to bring sheets and towels. When you receive your cabin confirmation, it will show the quantities and sizes of the beds in the top righthand corner. Pillows, blankets and bedspreads are provided. If you plan to make any long distance calls, bring a phone card. Most cell service does not work and the cabins have long distance calls blocked. During fall and winter months, it is advisable to carry a small shovel and tire chains. Flashlights are helpful in all seasons. Cabins are fully furnished and equipped as stated in their website descriptions, including pots, pans, appliances, kitchen items, etc.

ARRIVAL, MAPS & CABIN KEYS: Check-in time is 3:00pm. Please pick up keys from Cedar Creek Realty, 1332 Oak Court in Arnold, before 5:00pm. If you plan to arrive after hours, your rental package with keys and a map will be placed in the box located on the side of our building. Cedar Creek Realty is located right off of Hwy 4 across from the Kwik Serve Gas Station and next to the El Dorado Savings Bank Time and Temperature Tower.

DEPARTURE & CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time is 12:00pm. Please leave the cabin as close to the way you found it as possible. Professional cleaning and sanitizing will be completed after your departure. Failure to comply with the items listed on your Rental Procedures may subject you to additional charges. Please drop off keys to Cedar Creek Realty upon departure. If our office is closed, use the mail slot at the bottom of the front door.
