Got golf? Calaveras does – six renowned courses to be exact, emerald green oasis’ surrounded by tall pines, golden countryside and deep blue skies. Three courses — Forest Meadows, Meadowmont and Sequoia Woods Country Club — serve the greater Arnold area, with Greenhorn Creek, Saddle Creek and La Contenta in the lower 40. And Calaveras is known for “golf in the morning and ski in the afternoon.” Life just couldn’t get better.
