Harry Tomlinson
With Harry Tomlinson, it boils down to what hasn't he done! He has crafted his way to real estate sales through many years of providing a major appliance manufacturer with site analysis, design of new stores, lease negotiation, equipment sales and marketing. If you wanted to buy or sell a laundromat, Harry was the guy to call. Almost 15 years ago, he took on homes as his new challenge and has become a distinct figure in the residential market of the Ebbetts Pass Corridor.
Harry's not so hidden talents include acting (and serving on the board of directors of Murphys famous Black Bart Theatre) and tirelessly remodeling and landscaping his country spread just below the town of Arnold. Until a bum hip sidelined him, Harry was a respected referee for football, baseball and basketball at both the high school and city league levels. Extensive U.S. and international travel has kept his horizons broad, dishing up experiences and stories well worth the telling.
His wife Maureen launches into Harry's many pastimes with abandon, volunteering as stage manager at Black Bart and also accepting a board position, orchestrating their blended family get-togethers, coddling the two dogs and three cats, all while adeptly handling the Senior Branch Office Administrator position for Edward Jones Investments in the nearby historic gold rush town of Murphys.
With adaptability and a friendly outgoing nature, developed from surviving as an Army brat who attended four elementary and four high schools before graduating in Munich, Germany, The Tall Thin Man is comfortable with all the demands of the cyclical nature of the real estate market in California.
It's easy to be with Harry. "Going out with folks to find the right home for them is more like spending an afternoon with friends than a job for me." His clients would all agree.
