CEDAR CREEK REALTY CANCELLATION POLICY: A $100 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations: cancellations must be made a minimum of three weeks prior to your arrival date for a rental refund. Cancellations inside of the 21 day period will be subject to the full rental amount unless the cabin can be re-rented. If you have purchased travel insurance you may be able to recover most or all of these costs.

Cedar Creek Realty offers travel insurance and security damage protection for our vacation rentals through CSA Travel Protection. Travel insurance rates equal 6.95% of your total rental rate and can protect you against trip cancellations, trip interruptions, travel delay, personal effects, medical expenses, emergency assistance, and travel accidents.

Cedar Creek Realty also offers a security damage protection plan for a flat $30 fee for any of our vacation rental cabins.  This flat rate provides coverage up to $3,000 for any accidental property damage to the cabin or its contents during your stay.
